Welcome to Pipe Simulator! This tool helps you simulate and analyze fluid flow in pipes within a looped network. Below, you will find detailed instructions on how to use the app effectively.
To begin, specify the number of loops and pipes in your network. You can do this using the input fields at the top of the page.
For each loop, fill in the following fields for every pipe:
If a pipe is shared between two loops, check the "Shared Pipe" checkbox for that pipe in both loops. The application will handle the calculations accordingly.
Once all inputs are filled, click the "Calculate Corrections" button for each loop. The application will compute the necessary corrections and display the results.
The iteration process will continue until the system converges. For single loops, the message will indicate the number of iterations it took to converge. For multiple loops, it will state that the simulation is complete.
Make sure all fields are filled in before starting the calculations. Double-check shared pipe entries in both loops for accuracy.
